circos报错：You did not define a karyotype file. Are you sure your configuration file is well formed?
chr.info文件如图所示，全在Linux环境下用脚本整理的，是我哪里搞错了？还是数目太多？（用的scaffold，MCScanX也是，全部600个scaffold放到配置文件就报错，只放基因家族所在200个scaffold就能正常运行）
